Return

It may occasionally happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product doesn’t meet your expectations or there might be another reason why you no longer want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. Contact us if we need to assist with this, you are responsible for the return yourself. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, you can contact us via info@vechtdalmeubels.nl. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returned. You are responsible for returning the products by sending them back to the company.

Want to exchange a product?

Do you want to exchange your product? That’s not a problem at all. You can contact info@vechtdalmeubels.nl for this. However, you bear the costs for returning the product yourself.

Accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.
